Our life is filled with forms. We fill them out to order food, complete critical tasks like tax filing, and even fill them out for fun. Forms can facilitate a more accurate and convenient experience, creating efficient service delivery.
Forms can also create a barrier between people in need and life saving benefits. If a form doesn’t work well, asks unnecessary questions, or creates a confusing process, it can block people from getting what they need. These types of forms also erode trust in your institution.
We are currently putting together a training series on how to build better forms and truly digitize benefits and service delivery. This series covers all things like when to use dropdown questions, how to implement friendly policies, and making forms easier to use for a wide variety of people.
