Digital forms and online service delivery: Upcoming class in partnership with Public Sector Network

We’ve partnered with Public Sector Network to teach a course on how to build better forms and improve service delivery. Across two days of sessions this November 18th and 20th, the course will cover how policies, organizational rules, and best practices can make your forms easier to use and reduce administrative burden. The class is taught remotely and is open to participants worldwide.
